Q: How do I install the app?
A: No install is required to use the WFA web app, all you need is access to an internet connected web browser (such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Firefox). Then go to http://app.wfalliance.com/ to login.
Q: How do I login to the app?
A: To login, go to http://app.wfalliance.com/user/login. If you are already registered with http://www.wfalliance.com/ you can use your previous login email address and password to login. If you do not have a user account, please contact a WFA administrator.
Q: How do I reset my password?
A: If you have registered but cannot remember your password, you can have it reset by going to the recovering your password page below:
On this page you need to enter your registered email address and the security code that is written in the coloured image. If you cannot read the security code text that is in the coloured image, you can refresh the page to have a new image loaded with different text.
When your password has been successfully reset, a new random password will be emailed to your registered email address. You can then login using your email address and the new password.
Q: How do I find other member companies?
A: You can use our member directory search page to find other member companies:
On this page you can search by company name, location or address. After you submit your search, you will be presented with a list of companies matching your search, you can change the view to see these companies on a map by clicking the "Map View" tab on the right of the page.
Q: What is the dashboard for and what appears on it?
A: The dashboard shows you a snippet of information from each of the main sections of the WFA web app (WFA Messages, Member Messages, My Quotes). It is designed to show you recent activity within your WFA app account at a glance.
Q: What are WFA Messages?
A: WFA Messages are messages that have been created by the system administrator to all WFA members. This is designed to keep WFA members aware of new development and news.

Q: What is a member message?
A: A member message is a message that you send to other WFA members. This allows you to find and contact other WFA members. The member messages are designed to allow you to discuss a job that you would like to have fullfilled and get details and prices from other WFA members.
Q: How do I accept or reject quotes that I receive?
A: When you click into a message that you have created, you will see responses/quotes to your message at the bottom of the page. With each response either send a reply message, accept the quote or reject the quote.
Q: What happens when I reject a quote?
A: The company who sent the quote receives notification advising that their quote has been rejected.
Q: What happens when I accept a quote?
A: The company that sent your accepted quote receives notification that their quote has been accepted, and any other quotes that you have received for that message job will be automatically rejected.
Q: How do I send a quote request?
A: To send a quote request, you need to create a message withing the "My Messages" section. You will need to fill in the fields to advise the pickup and delivery locations, pickup and delivery dates, details about the job and select members to whom you want to receive quotes from.
Q: How do I find members to send my message (quote request) to?
A: At the bottom of the create/edit message page there is a button to "Select members". When clicked, a form is presented to allow you to select from a list which members you want to send the messge to. To allow you to find members easily, you can either: a) view in order of distance from pickup location; b) view in order of distance from delivery location; c) search by company name.
Q: How do I find a quote that I have sent?
A: Quotes are listed on the My Quotes page in the order that the quote request has been received. At the top of the page there is a search form that allows you to find the quotes by date, status, member company and pickup/delivery locations.
Q: How do I answer a quote request?
A: To answer a quote request, go to the bottom of the View Quote page and fill the quote value, currency and explanation fields. This will send your quote back to the requesting company. The value and currency fields can be left empty and explanation field filled if you want to return only a message/question to the requesting company.
Q: What is my profile?
A: Your profile are your personal settings on the WFA app. You can edit details such as your name, timezone, mobile phone number and password.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: You can edit your password by going to the bottom of the My Profile page. You will first need to enter your current password and then fill in the new password that you want to save; your new password will need to be repeated in a second field to ensure you have not mis-typed the new password.
Q: How do I delete a user?
A: Users cannot be deleted from the system, but they can be deactivated so that they can no longer login. Only the company admin can deactivate company users by going to the Manage Users section and clicking the "Actions" button that will then show the "Deactivate" option.
Q: How do I add a new user?
A: To add a new user, fill the "Create user" form with the name, email address, timezone and mobile phone number of the new user. Once this form is submitted, the new user will receive an email with a link to access the system.
Q: How do I edit my company profile page?
A: The details that appear on the edit company profile page control what appears on the public company profile page that other members can see. Type in the corrections or updates you have to make. Any changes that are made on this form and saved will immediately be seen on the WFA app profile page for the company.
